Get fit fast! Expert coaches guide and motivate you in this intense 30-minute group workout. Use functional athletic equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, speed ladders, agility hurdles, and power sleds to push your fitness past your limits.
Knock out fat with a true fight training experience. Expert coaches call the shots as you combine kickboxing technique and movements on the heavy bags, kick shields, and target mitts. Teen EDGE focuses on the fundamentals of strength and conditioning to help youth 12-17 years old compete at their highest level. Workouts are physically and mentally challenging and are designed to improve motor control, movement patterns, and proper form. Each participant gets personal attention to ensure safe progression.
