True to its definition, Vinyasa offers a dynamic class with flowing series as a foundation. Move smoothly from asana to asana on the breath, with time for more challenging postures toward the end of class. Practitioners finish with a period of relaxation.
A mind and body challenge for all levels, Power Vinyasa links breath to movement, with extra emphasis placed on the physical practice. It includes chaturanga push-ups, yoga-focused core challenges, and displayed advanced techniques at levels 1-3.
Vinyasa Power Flow
This vigorous style of Vinyasa invigorates the mind, body, and soul through a heat-building sequence of poses. Vinyasa Power Flow is recommended for the more experienced yoga student; however, modifications are offered at every level.
Explore various forms of restorative yoga with the added benefits of meditation and breath work. Yin Yoga helps you relax your muscles, release tension, and increase flexibility to find stillness in your body and mind.
Yin Yoga, Level 1
Relax and unwind with traditional and ancient restorative stretches that focus on opening the joints for improved flexibility.
Yin-Yang Yoga, Level 2
This class is a perfect blend of movement and deep stretches. Start with an invigorating mind and body Vinyasa flow-style class, then flow into a series of seated and reclined poses that are held longer.
The perfect midday relaxation, this 30-minute class works your core without putting a crimp in your schedule. Deepen your breathing, strengthen your abs, and stretch and move your body to get the most out of your yoga practice.
Yoga, Levels 1-2
This ancient form of movement promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques. A strong focus on alignment helps you learn the fundamentals of each pose while your breath serves as your guide. Props may be used.
Yoga Strength is a fusion of yoga modalities that relies on weights, cardio bursts, and standard yoga practices to strengthen and stretch your muscles.
East meets West in this dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates that helps improve strength, stamina, stability, and flexibility. Equipment such as blocks, resistance bands, weights, fit balls, and foam rollers may be used to enhance strength and balance.
Give yourself a break. Relax in comfortable seated or reclined positions and explore simple styles of meditation to achieve peace of mind. No experience necessary.
Build a lean, strong body with Pilates. Our certified Pilates instructors will guide you through this system of exercises designed to develop core strength, build flexibility, improve body awareness, and decrease the risk of injury.
