Fitness should be an important part of any teen's daily routine. Our fitness programs geared for kids 12-17 years old are a healthy outlet that sharpen their body and mind while directing them toward a positive lifestyle. After completing a free one-hour TeenFit certification class, teens can use the ClubSport fitness center without parental supervision.

For teens 12-17 years old, we have the complimentary TeenFit certification program. TeenFit provides basic instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and gym etiquette. Once certified, teens will have the know-how necessary to get fit on their own or with other TeenFit-certified friends without parental supervision.

Overview, etiquette, and club policies
Hard work pays off. Led by coach Soshana Gordon, Teen Edge is a boot camp class is designed for teens who want to improve power, speed, endurance, and overall athletic ability. Proper form and technique is emphasized as teens perform various challenging strength training techniques, cardio exercises, and agility drills that will improve self-confidence and take their fitness to the next level.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:30pm-5:15pm
Two classes/week: $65 per month
Drop-In: $15 per class
