Get the education and support you need to lose weight, improve athletic performance, or come back stronger from injury. All of our personal trainers are educated, experienced, and certified by an accredited sports and fitness organization. Our elite trainers have over 800 hours of training experience and a degree in Exercise Science or a related field, as well as at least one basic and/or an advanced certification.

Choose from one-on-one or small group training sessions with a trainer who is committed to your success. After a health and fitness professional assesses your needs, they will map a balanced plan for you that addresses mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. Your trainer will then coach you through workouts that will help you surpass former plateaus and reach a new level of fitness.

Specialty Training

Group and Team Training

Train as a group, gain as a group. A personal trainer will put you through the paces utilizing the latest equipment and training tools for maximum results. TRX suspension training, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance tubes, BOSU balance trainers, core boards, cardio equipment, and a Kinesis® Omega wall unit are featured.

Sport-Specific Training

Perform at your peak with sport-specific training. Our expert trainers will help you improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and power for an upcoming event or sports season. Triathlon training, ski conditioning, martial arts, teen training, and other sport-specific types of training are available for individuals and teams.

Endurance Training

Push further and go farther than you ever thought you could go. We offer a range of options for the endurance athlete on both land and water. Our certified endurance racing coaches will make sure you surpass your own expectations and set new personal bests.
