KIDS SPORTS & FITNESS
We encourage kids to move and have fun on the courts, in the gym, and in the pool. Fitness classes, programs, and recreational and competitive sports leagues are available for kids of all ages and skill levels to help them develop healthy habits and learn important skills like communication, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

Encourage your kid to get out there and have some fun! Sign them up for recreational classes to get them moving or enroll them in a sports camp or league to spur their competitive spirit.
Sports & Fitness Programs
Fitness made fun! Kids 3-12 years old will be put through their paces by Kids World teachers.
Our junior swim programs are ideal for kids of all levels, from the novice swimmer to the accomplished competitor. Visit our ClubSport Swim section for a full list of lessons and programs.
Kids can experience the thrill of rock climbing in our Ascent Climbing Center. Young climbers will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to have fun and be safe in the vertical world.
ClubSport Basketball Academy
Our academy will help your child improve their game by leaps and bounds. Clinics are open to everyone and groups are separated by age and skill level.
Kids will take to the courts for a variety of sports, including basketball and dodgeball, that will help them improve their speed, strength, agility, and coordination.
Kids will get a kick out of Taekwondo at ClubSport! Students will become more confident and aware of their surroundings as they learn effective self-defense techniques.
Movin' and Groovin'
Little ones will get to express themselves through movement and improve self-esteem in this really fun dance class.

We make fitness fun for kids. Our certified instructors offer a balanced selection of cardio and strength classes geared specifically for children and teens. Kids will learn just how fun fitness can be as they also learn proper form to improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Free group fitness classes for juniors 6-11 years old are offered weekly during after-school hours. Class selections may include Junior Strength and Conditioning, Junior Yoga, Junior Kickboxing, or U-Jam for Juniors, among others. Group interaction with the instructor is emphasized. For teens, we have the complimentary TeenFit certification program. Teens who have completed the program can participate in group fitness classes with this TeenFit symbol . For a list of TeenFit approved group fitness classes, see the group fitness schedule and look for the TeenFit symbol.

Encourage your teen to make fitness a part of their routine. This complimentary fitness orientation for teens ages 12-17 provides basic instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and gym etiquette. It also allows teens the freedom to use the fitness center during non-prime time hours without parental supervision. You may schedule a TeenFit certification session at the Activities Desk.
