AIRFIT® ALTITUDE TRAINING
Train at the peak of your physical capabilities. The AirFit Studio at ClubSport can simulate altitudes of up to 21,000 feet through the production of normobaric hypoxic (oxygen-reduced) air. This oxygen-deprived environment triggers the onset of a range of physiological adaptations to enhance the efficiency of the body's respiratory, cardiovascular, and oxygen utilization systems during physical activity. The result of training in such conditions is improved speed, endurance, strength, and energy.
FREE ORIENTATION & MINI-WORKOUT
Experience a new type of interval training. Set in our unique altitude studio, AirFit workouts are equal parts fun and challenging thanks to a combination of high intensity cardio and strength training exercises — including cycling, rowing, and functional fitness exercises — to increase your strength and endurance.

Rise above the rest! Join fitness pros Troy Harvey and Nick Eldridge as they take you through this 45-minute full-body circuit set at an altitude above 8,000 feet. You'll use the latest in high-tech training to quickly and efficiently improve athletic performance and increase your fitness level.
