Heated Yoga Schedule
Our heated yoga program offers classes held in a dedicated studio that can heat up from 85-105 degrees depending on the type of class. Certified yoga instructors will expertly guide you through poses and breathing exercises designed to work the muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, glands, and argans in your body. You will improve strength, balance, and flexibility as you re-shape your body and relieve stress and tension.
It is strongly recommended that you bring your own mat, towel, and a large bottle of cold water (no glass containers).
