Peter is passionate about teaching good technique to encourage efficiency and injury prevention in endurance sports to make a smarter, faster athlete.  He has over seven years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Now a competitive endurance trail runner, Peter also swam competitively in college and was an experienced triathlete. He began coaching swimming in 2006 for a masters swim team and now instructs ClubSwim classes, offers private swim lessons, coaches triathletes, and works with runners of all levels to achieve a more natural running form.
