KIDS SPORTS & FITNESS
We encourage kids to move and have fun on the courts, in the gym, and in the pool. Fitness classes, programs, and recreational and competitive sports leagues are available for kids of all ages and skill levels to help them develop healthy habits and learn important skills like communication, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

Encourage your kid to get out there and have some fun! Sign them up for recreational classes to get them moving or enroll them in a sports camp or league to spur their competitive spirit.
JUNIOR BASKETBALL (AGES 8-12)
Kids can learn all about basketball from the very basic fundamentals of the sport, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning to more advanced skills and techniques. Kids will also work on coordination and footwork, basic running techniques, and stretching exercises.

JUNIOR BOXING (AGES 5-12)
Junior Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. It increases strength and improves endurance. This class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. Trainer Ely Leon will teach skills that will give kids self-defense tools as well as self-confidence while keeping them physically fit.

JUNIOR JIU-JITSU (AGES 3-6 and 7+)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a non-striking self-defense martial art system based on leverage and control over the opponent. This class focuses on building the student’s self-esteem and self-discipline along with respect for others. Instructor, Ely Leon will teach students to work as a team, while at the same time developing their individual skills.
