Barre is high intensity class combining strength, ballet, and palates exercises to tone and sculpt the body. Barre is a fun and energetic class focuses largely on the lower body (gluteus, thighs, hamstrings) and core musculature (abdominals and obliques). Barre is divided into three parts, each section is followed by stretching to improve flexibility creating long lean muscles. This class includes up-tempo music and is relatively fast-paced.
