Specialty Training & Tests
MicroFit Assessment
The MicroFit Assessment is a perfect starting point for your fitness improvement program to establish a baseline and track your progress. This computer-monitored test includes specific measures including blood pressure, resting
heart rate, aerobic fitness – submax VO 2, body composition, back flexibility, and bicep strength. You’ll receive a personalized fitness profile so you can track your workout results.
One-hour test: $65
Group Training
Take your group workout to the next level with a certified trainer. This Group Training program utilizes latest equipment and training tools so you can maximize results in a private or small group setting. TRX suspension, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance tubing, bosu balance trainers, core boards, cardio equipment, and a four-station Kinesis Omega Wall unit are featured. The program is designed for groups of 4-8 members.
Sport Specific Training
Enhance your performance in a wide variety of sports with sport specific training. Our trainers specialize in triathlon training, ski conditioning, martial arts, teen training and much more. ClubSport also offers peak performance instruction for teams and individuals wanting to improve strength, quickness, agility, coordination, speed and power for all sports.
Certified Staff
Our Personal Training team is made up of highly trained and qualified professional men and women holding degrees in health sciences, physical education and/or a certification by a nationally accredited fitness organization. Many of our Personal Trainers are National Academy of Sport Medicine Certified Personal Trainers (NASM-CPT), and every trainer is considered an expert in what they teach. Our all-star personal trainers strive to ensure that their clients attain their fitness goals while making exercise rewarding and enjoyable.
Elite Personal Trainers have a minimum of 800 hours of accumulated private training and a M.S. in Exercise Science and/or at least one advanced certification.
Private Training at The Edge Studio
At The Edge we offer professionally guided personal exercise instruction with the latest strength, resistance and cardio equipment all in a private studio setting. With this dedicated space, your private workout can be customized and set-up in advance with more innovative, uninhibited and creative exercise routines. Beginners will love the safe, comfortable environment while advanced exercisers and athletes will enjoy the additional space with everything nearby for a time efficient workout.
