Group Fitness
Our group fitness area has 4 studios, including an indoor cycle studio and a private Pilates studio. However, at ClubSport, our group fitness classes expand beyond the studios. We offer our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced group fitness classes in all areas of the club. Whether you are perfecting your technique in one of our progressive classes, or trying your hand at something new, you will find over 150 drop-in classes per week where you can recharge your fitness routine.

Innovative Group Fitness Classes
Classes by Body Training Systems (BTS): Group Power®, Group Active®, Group Kick® and Group Groove® are the latest fitness phenomenon to hit ClubSport. Each class is designed to deliver a simple, fun, effective and social workout taught by BTS certified instructors. Although the program remains the same, new classes are released quarterly. All BTS programs have been licensed to ClubSport. Not all BTS classes are offered at all ClubSport locations.
Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba followers achieve long term benefits while experiencing an exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping movements. All classes are taught by Zumba certified instructors.
Nia: Nia is a fitness and lifestyle class blending three forms of dance, martial arts, and healing arts to create an innovative choreographed cardiovascular routine. Created by Debbie Rosas, a former ClubSport Oregon employee, Nia addresses the mind, body, emotions, and spirit in a holistic exercise approach. All ClubSport Nia classes are taught by Licensed Nia Teachers.
Barre Fusion: Barre Fusion combines the disciplines of classic barre training with Pilates for a head-to-pointed-toe workout. Lengthen, strengthen and improve your balance while you train like a dancer. No experience necessary.
U-Jam Fitness: Urban Jam is a cardio fitness program that unites world beats with urban flavor. The music takes you around the world from old school hip-hop to Bollywood - all with an intense cardio workout that makes you sweat, tones your body and leaves you craving more.
Drums Alive: Powerful, motivating music and drumming rhythms will get your feet stomping, your body moving and your heart pumping. With stability balls and drum sticks, you'll enjoy a unique and fun cardiovascular workout experience.

Group Fitness Instructors
Our Group Fitness team is made up of over 40 highly trained and qualified professional men and women who are certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE) or Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as Group Fitness Instructors. Many of our instructors are also National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers (NASM-CPT) and have specialty training in Yoga, Pilates, Nia, Indoor Cycling, Zumba and more.
