What is The Edge Performance Training?
At The Edge, we offer professionally guided personal exercise instruction with the latest strength, resistance and cardio equipment all in a private studio setting. With this dedicated space, your private workout can be customized and set-up in advance with more innovative, uninhibited and creative exercise routines. Beginners will love the safe, comfortable environment while advanced exercisers and athletes will enjoy the additional space with everything nearby for a time efficient workout.

Group Training at The Edge
The Edge Group Training program utilizes latest equipment and training tools so you can maximize results in a private or small group setting. TRX suspension, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance tubing, bosu balance trainers, core boards, cardio equipment, and a four-station Kinesis Omega Wall unit are featured. Group Training sessions are typically offered in a 4x or 8x monthly series. Fees my vary. Check the Group Training Schedule for more information.
