ClubSport Oregon offers comprehensive Yoga and Pilates courses. Our instructors keep up with the latest techniques and practices that will relax and challenge you. Come experience our classes in Ashtanga or Hatha yoga, as well as a range of Pilates mat, roller and reformer classes. Get ready to stretch yourself and your awareness in a whole new direction.

Yoga is a form of exercise that strengthens your entire body, improves your flexibility, develops balance, improves circulation and reduces stress. It is an excellent complement to any athletic sport, helping prevent injuries and establish greater stability and range of motion.
We offer a variety of yoga practices including Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa and variations that incorporate elements from various practices. Look at the group fitness schedule to find a class that is right for you.
Pilates
Pilates is a full-body conditioning program comprised of a series of movements performed on the mat and specialized equipment. Pilates uses five basic principles to create muscular harmony and balance based on the classic Pilates program developed by Joseph Pilates. Practicing Pilates will reward you with greater strength, grace and flexibility along with improved posture, balance and range of motion. Our certified instructors will guide your transformation. No matter what your age or condition, Pilates will work for you.

Focus is on the body's "power house" - the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. Sessions include mat work as well as using various apparatus such as the reformer, Cadillac, chair, and barrel. Exercises are performed in reclining, sitting, kneeling, standing, and pike positions.
Private Pilates Instruction
Imagine an exercise program that's tailored to your special needs that will leave you refreshed and alert, with a feeling of physical and mental well-being. Private Pilates sessions are one-on-one and are tailored to your level of fitness with a focus on your goals
Group Reformer Classes
ClubSport offers group reformer classes to compliment group mat classes, private and semi-private instruction. Each one-hour class is performed primarily on the reformer, with a maximum of four participants per class to ensure quality.
Due to the individualized nature of Pilates reformer movements, completion of the Introduction to Group Reformer class is mandatory.
Private 3-session Package $165 member. Three one-hour sessions held in a small group of four will prepare you for exercising on the reformer. Completion of this package is a pre-requisite to participation in group reformer classes.
Pilates Mat Classes
We offer various levels and types of Pilates mat classes taught by our certified
Pilates instructors. Group mat classes are offered at no charge to our members.

Pilates Reformer Classes
The Pilates Reformer classes add a different dimension to the Pilates workout. These
are semi-private classes consisting of four to seven participants. Classes are held
in the private Reformer Studio utilizing the Allegro Reformer equipment.
The Reformer classes offer in-depth training focusing on proper form while developing strength, flexibility, and core control. Students develop increased body awareness, better posture and ease of movement in their daily activities.

Pilates Class Policies
All classes are held in the Pilates Studio. Pilates is a progressive program and as you master skills you can advance to the next level for greater benefits. For your safety, instructor approval is required for participation in advanced level classes. Because the Pilates program is based on a specific progression of skills and a highly certified instructor we ask the courtesy of a 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your session.
Pilates classes are non refundable.
