AirFit Studio

AirFit Altitude Training

Take your training to new heights at AirFit! The AirFit Studio can simulate altitudes of up to 21,000 feet through the production of normobaric hypoxic (oxygen-reduced) air. When the body is exposed to hypoxia, it struggles to produce the required amounts of energy with less available oxygen, which triggers the onset of a range of physiological adaptations geared towards enhancing the efficiency of the body's respiratory, cardiovascular, and oxygen utilization systems. The result: Improved speed, endurance, strength, and energy.

Rise above the rest! Take your workout to the peak with fitness pro Troy Harvey in this 45-minute full-body circuit set at an altitude above 8,000 feet. You'll quickly and efficiently improve performance, increase your fitness level, and improve your heart health.

Black Friday and Next Level DGT

Get fit the non-traditional way! Trainer Marlin Bernabe will put you through the paces in this dynamic resistance interval training program as you use non-conventional tools such as chains, bars, tires, sandbags, cables, ropes, and your own body weight. Gloves are provided and recommended.

Dynamic Group Training (Ages 16+)

Traditional training methodology meets non-conventional strength training in this unique and motivational class. Trainer Marlin Bernabe will help you enhance core strength and stability while improving coordination, flexibility, and mental focus to reach your ideal fitness level. Training is accomodated to fit all types of levels and abilities. Everyone's first class is free.

HITT Squad (Ages 16+)

Designed solely to yield fast results, HITT Squad isn't meant to be fun, but it definitely is meant to be one of the toughest physical and mental tests around. Trainer Wolfgang Rudolf will teach the proper progressions, regressions, and techniques so that anyone can take the class. The only prerequisite: Be ready to work your butt off!

Primal Strength Systems (Ages 13+)

Coming in November — Train like a competitive athlete and take your speed and strength to an elite levels! Strength and conditioning coach Clayton York will push you to new physical and mental levels of fitness and athleticism in this 10-week program. Designed and modeled by Clayton, Primal Strength Systems combines speed, agility, strength, power, and conditioning training done by professional athletes such as football players, elite wrestlers, and fighters.

Primal Strength Systems is a pre-designed, goal-oriented program offered for the price of a 30-pack of individual personal training sessions. It includes a course packet that outlines the program, a nutrition outline, and workouts for the days individuals aren’t training with the group.

TeenEDGE (Ages 11-16)

Teens will take their fitness to the next level in this cool class. Coach Shoshana Gordon will guide teens through workouts to increase strength, power, and physical endurance in this challenging yet fun bootcamp-style class. Proper technique and form is emphasized as participants learn and use strength training techiques, cardio exercises, and agility drills to improve athletic performance.

Underwater Swim Analysis (Ages 16+)

Improve your technique and time with our Swim Analysis. With the aid of an underwater camera, coach James Williams will record and analyze your swim stroke to identify areas of improvement. View your swimming from all angles to make immediate changes and watch your swim time come down. Video will be posted for you to share and review any time. Underwater Swim Analysis is available by appointment only.
