Dynamic Group Training (Ages 16+)
DGT is where traditional training methodology meets unconventional strength training tools. Trainer Marlin Bernabe will motivate you as you develop and improve core strength, stability, coordination, flexibility, and mental focus to reach your ideal fitness level. Training can be modified to fit your fitness level and abilities. Your first class is free.

Black Friday & Next Level DGT
Get fit the non-traditional way! Trainer Marlin Bernabe will put you through the paces in this dynamic resistance interval training program. Use tools such as chains, bars, tires, sandbags, cables, ropes, and your own body weight to get in the best shape of your life. Gloves are provided and recommended.
Fridays: 5:00-6:00am, 9:00-10:00am

HITT Squad (Ages 16+)
Designed to yield fast results, HITT Squad isn't meant to be fun, but it definitely is meant to be effective. One of the toughest physical and mental tests around, trainer Wolfgang Rudolf will teach the proper progressions, regressions, and techniques so that anyone can be HITT fit. The only requirement is that you must be ready to work your butt off!

Primal Strength Systems (Ages 13+)
Take your speed and strength to elite levels! Designed and led by strength and conditioning coach Clayton York, Primal Strength Systems combines speed, agility, strength, power, and conditioning training done by professional athletes across the sports spectrum to take your fitness to unprecedented levels.
This 10-week, goal-oriented program includes a course outline, a nutrition guide, and workouts for the days in which you don’t train with the group.

Taking teens' fitness to the next level! Led by coach Shoshana Gordon, this fun yet challenging boot camp-style class includes workouts that will develop and improve your child's strength, power, speed, and physical endurance for enhanced athletic performance. Proper technique and form is emphasized. For teens ages 11-16.
