AirFit Altitude Training
Take your training to new heights at AirFit! The AirFit Studio can simulate altitudes of up to 21,000 feet through the production of normobaric hypoxic (oxygen-reduced) air. When the body is exposed to hypoxia, it struggles to produce the required amounts of energy with less available oxygen, which triggers the onset of a range of physiological adaptations geared towards enhancing the efficiency of the body's respiratory, cardiovascular, and oxygen utilization systems. The result: Improved speed, endurance, strength, and energy.

STAGE 21 CompuTrainer
Train like the elite at ClubSport! CompuTrainer, the primary training and testing instrument utilized by cycling and triathlon coaches and and triathlon coaches worldwide, provides the most interesting indoor bike experience ever created. The CompuTrainer measures wattage, heart rate, and cadence with a peak power rating in excess of 1,500 watts to simulate road grades up to 15%, enabling riders to increase cycling power by 20-30% and speed by 2-4 mph. Whatever your starting point, the CompuTrainer will help you improve significantly.

Achieve peak performance through interval work. Intervals will help with neuromuscular training, muscular endurance, and the ability to sustain an ideal power range for a certain amount of time. Aside from the physical benefits of interval training indoors, other benefits include the ability to work uninterruped by cars, traffic signals, changes in terrain and weather, or the speed of other riders. Intervals can be tailored to an individual's current fitness level and for an individual's specific fitness goals.

Maximize your effort, maximize your time. By training for hills, you'll work at a higher threshold for short bursts, which will help with faster recovery during long rides.

Endurance is essential for all cyclists regardless of their training goals. At STAGE 21, you can develop your endurance in a controlled environment year-round. Because a cyclist is always working during an endurance ride in STAGE 21, total ride time can be reduced when compared to goal times for outside riding. To enhance your riding experience, we have several real course videos of Ironman courses.

Black Friday and Next Level DGT
Get fit the non-traditional way! Trainer Marlin Bernabe will put you through the paces in this dynamic resistance interval training program as you use non-conventional tools such as chains, bars, tires, sandbags, cables, ropes, and your own body weight. Gloves are provided and recommended.

HITT Squad (Ages 16+)
Designed solely to yield fast results, HITT Squad isn't meant to be fun, but it definitely is meant to be one of the toughest physical and mental tests around. Trainer Wolfgang Rudolf will teach the proper progressions, regressions, and techniques so that anyone can take the class. The only prerequisite: Be ready to work your butt off!

Traditional training methodology meets non-conventional strength training in this unique and motivational class. Training is accomodated to fit all types of levels and abilities. Everyone's first class is free.

This bootcamp class is the perfect complement to your current fitness routine.

TeenEDGE (Ages 11-16)
Teens will take their fitness to the next level in this cool class. Coach Shoshana Gordon will guide teens through workouts to increase strength, power, and physical endurance in this challenging yet fun bootcamp-style class. Proper technique and form is emphasized as participants learn and use strength training techiques, cardio exercises, and agility drills to improve athletic performance.

Underwater Swim Analysis (Ages 16+)
Improve your technique and time with our Swim Analysis. With the aid of an underwater camera, coach James Williams will record and analyze your swim stroke to identify areas of improvement. View your swimming from all angles to make immediate changes and watch your swim time come down. Video will be posted for you to share and review any time. Underwater Swim Analysis is available by appointment only.
