Group Training
Working out with a group of four or six people can be fun and motivating. Join one of our
certified personal trainers for a challenging program that focuses on cardiovascular, strength,
flexibility training and much more. Group sessions meet twice a week for four weeks and are
offered on a monthly basis. You can start with your own group of friends or join a group and
make new friends.
Four to five participants $35 each
Six participants $25 each
Performance Training
Enhance your performance in a wide variety of sports with sport specific training. Our trainers specialize in triathlon training, ski conditioning, martial arts, teen training and much more. ClubSport Oregon also offers peak performance instruction for teams and individuals wanting to improve strength, quickness, agility, coordination, speed and power for all sports.

Sports Performance Training at The Edge
At The Edge we provide high-energy training programs to enhance athletic performance.
We focus on fine tuning your inherent skills and teaching proper technique to help
you get "the edge" over the competition. The Edge provides dynamic workouts that will
develop speed, agility, power, coordination and flexibility to push you beyond your
current athletic abilities. Our proven training methods are taught by nationally
certified performance coaches to help athletes of all ages and skill levels accomplish
their sports-related goals.

Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine
ClubSport has teamed with Walton's Physical Therapy Center and Sports Medicine to provide you with a special group of professionals to offer members a full range of orthopedic-based rehabilitation services.
