Group Fitness
Our group exercise area has four separate group studios, which includes a cycling and private Pilates studio. With more than 100 beginning, intermediate and advanced classes a week, you can always find time to squeeze a class into your busy schedule.
Recharge your routine with one of our drop-in weekly classes:
- Group Active, Group Centergy, Group Groove, Group Kick, Group Power, Group Ride and Group Step
- Yoga, Pilates, Nia and Tai Chi
- Sports Conditioning, Strength Conditioning and Core
- AquaFit and Studio Cycle
- Running and Cycling Clubs
Classes are 55 minutes. Endurance and Express options available as well.
