What is The Edge Performance Training?
At The Edge we provide high energy training programs to enhance athletic performance. We focus on fine tuning your inherent skills and teaching proper technique to help you get "the edge" over the competition. The Edge is a dynamic six-week program that will develop speed, agility, power, coordination and flexibility to push you beyond your current athletic abilities. Our proven training methods are taught by nationally certified performance coaches to help athletes of all ages and skill levels to accomplish their sports-related goals. Pre and post performance evaluation is also available.
Who are the Performance Coaches?
Performance Coach: Wolfgang Rudolf, CSCS
Wolfgang Rudolf has been a respected personal trainer at ClubSport since 2001.
He has a B.A. in Physical Education plus certifications from the National Strength
and Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise as well as being a nationally
certified coach.
Coach Rudolf is an accomplished athlete in multiple sports, but his passion and
strengths lie in the area of running, specifically track and field. He is an expert
coach in the areas of speed, power development, movement, motor mechanics, plyometrics,
injury prevention and functional sport-specific training.
Performance Coach: Shaun Ryan, CSCS
Shaun Ryan is an accomplished athlete who understands what it takes to be a winner. He has had a very successful athletic career. He was a two-time all-state player in football as well as baseball and played in the 2001 College World Series. Shaun also holds several power lifting records in the state of Oregon. His passion for sports led him to receive a B.A. in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist plus a USA Strength Coach.
Coach Ryan has worked with collegiate and professional athletes. He was the head strength coach at Western Oregon University and an assistant strength coach for the New York Yankees. He has also designed speed, agility and quickness programs for other professional baseball teams.
What is the Current Edge Schedule?
Traditional Edge Program:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:15pm
(Times and days can be altered depending on a groups needs.)
Edge Express Workout:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00-12:30pm
What is the cost of an Edge program?
Traditional Edge Program:
$199 Member/$249 Guest for 6 weeks, 12 sessions
Special group rate of $169 per person for a group of 8 or more
Edge Express Workout:
$120 Member/$140 Guest for 12 sessions
