Group Fitness
Our group exercise area has three separate group studios with more than 75 beginning, intermediate and advanced classes a week, so you can always find time to squeeze a class into your busy schedule.

Group Fitness Instructors
Our Group Fitness team is made up of over 25 highly trained and qualified professional men and women who are certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE) or Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as Group Fitness Instructors. Many of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers and have specialty training in Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Zumba and more.
