Yoga Classes

Heated Vinyasa

A flow-style yoga that links breath to movement, this challenging sequence of postures builds heat, strength, and flexibility while focusing on alignment. This class is heated to 75-77 degrees. 

Slow Vinyasa

This yoga class moves slowly and with purpose through traditional Hatha yoga postures. The combination of yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (Dhyana) provide the opportunity to bring about a sound healthy body and a clear peaceful mind. 

Vinyasa

A flow-style yoga that links breath with movement, this challenging sequence of postures builds heat, strength, and flexibility while focusing on proper alignment.

Yin Yoga

This class is yoga at its deepest, quietest, stillest moments. Poses are held for 2-6 minutes to allow the body to relax and to open the joints and fascia for improved flexibility. This class is a great remedy for stress relief, for athletes of all ages, and is an important complement to the vinyasa practice.
