Specialty Training & Tests
Group/Team Training
Working out with a group of four to eight people can be fun and motivating. Join one of our certified personal trainers for a challenging program that focuses on cardiovascular, strength, flexibility training and much more. Group sessions meet twice a week for four weeks and are offered on a monthly basis. You can start with your own group of friends or join a group and make new friends.

Gravity Training System
Gravity Training System (GTS) is the pioneering developer of angular resistance training using body weight and gravity to supply resistance. GTS improves strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance and hypertrophy. Sessions are available in various training formats such as private, semi-private and group classes.

Flexibility Training
One-on-one stretching sessions are designed to improve general flexibility and muscular efficiency, increased range of motion, maximize strength and injury prevention. Trainer assisted stretching will bring quicker results with greater safety then working alone.

Sport Specific Training
Enhance your performance in a wide variety of sports with sport specific training. Our trainers specialize in triathlon training, ski conditioning, martial arts, teen training and much more. ClubSport also offers peak performance instruction for teams and individuals wanting to improve strength, quickness, agility, coordination, speed and power for all sports. Price is dependent on training focus and number of participants in each session.
Active Metabolic Assessments
Train smarter, not harder. Have your resting metabolic rate (RMR) tested to determine your daily caloric needs. Our highly advanced VO2 tests determine your cardiovascular output.

MicroFit Fitness Profile

Certified Staff
Our Personal Training team is made up of highly trained and qualified professional men and women holding degrees in health sciences, physical education and/or a certification by a nationally accredited fitness organization. Many of our Personal Trainers are National Academy of Sport Medicine Certified Personal Trainers (NASM-CPT), and every trainer is considered an expert in what they teach. Our all-star personal trainers strive to ensure that their clients attain their fitness goals while making exercise rewarding and enjoyable.
Our Elite Personal Trainers have a minimum of 800 hours of accumulated private training experience and a M.S. in Exercise Science and/or at least one advanced certification.
