FitKids Classes
FitKids is a series of ‘get fit’ activities and classes for ages 3-6 that are taught by our Kids World instructors.
ZumbAtomic Fitness
Want to shake, wiggle and have a blast with your friends while getting fit? Then ZumbAtomic is for you! Get ready to lose the funk and find your groove! Workouts are complimentary.
World Cup Soccer Clinics
World Cup Soccer Clinics involve teaching new and inexperienced players the fundamental skills of soccer while helping to develop the individual skills and tactics of more experienced players. Each clinic consists of 8 sessions and includes a WCSC T-Shirt. All participants must wear indoor cleats or athletic shoes and shin guards. Contact World Cup Soccer Camps and Clinics at 408.830.0404.
Junior Basketball Clinics
Come ready to play for our Jr. Basketball Clinic. Children ages 7-14 can take advantage of the skills offered in this class whether they are new to the game or are improving on existing skills. Sessions run monthly and include four classes. Get ready to have some fun!
Teen Basketball Conditioning
Teens, ages 13-17, can join our Basketball Coordinator for a fun-filled hour of basketball conditioning. This class is designed to improve teen metabolism while increasing endurance and strength levels during Basketball Skill Training. Music will be added to enhance the experience and boost participation and motivation.
Wushu Kung Fu
Taught by Sifu Hannah, Wushu is a form of Chinese martial arts comprised of stances, kicks, punches, balances, jumps, sweeps and throws. Children and Adults will learn self-respect and self-discipline while developing strength, coordination, flexibility and having fun! Both free hand and weapon forms will be taught.

We offer over 20 Group Fitness Teen-friendly classes. We also give you dodge ball, soccer, volleyball, table tennis, swimming, cycle classes, hip hop classes, a nutritious cafe and so much more!
Teen Group Fitness Schedule
TeenFit Certification
For teens ages 12-17, this complimentary one-hour fitness orientation provides basic instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and common gym etiquette. This ensures a positive experience and the freedom to use the fitness center during non-primetime hours without parental supervision. Encourage your teen to make fitness a part of their routine by scheduling a TeenFit Certification at the Fitness Desk.
